The Passion In Paradise event is Invitation-Only, to ensure the quality of the guests who attend.

If you feel you are fit, attractive, possess the right attitude and are actively involved in the swinging scene and are in the age group of 25-50 then yes this is the event for you.

The weekend is targeted at people who enjoy being actively social and who enjoy meeting other like minded people.
We expect that those wanting to attend this weekend are comfortable in their relationship and what this weekend entails or could entail.

We also expect that people attending will be very well presented, sexy, fit and attractive and will be comfortable in such a party environment.
Photos submitted through the booking application MUST be recent photos not 10 years old.
We also reserve the right to not accept a booking from anyone if we believe that they are not going to be suited to the other guests attending be it that they would not interact well with others attending on the weekend or who are not what we consider as well presented and attractive and would be unlikely to enjoy themselves because of such reasons.

The decision to accept or not accept a booking is entirely ours and is based upon many years of knowledge of those who have attended this event in past years not because we are in any way discriminating against age, race, size or gender.

Couples & Single Females Only

The weekend is targeted at heterosexual couples, bi couples, poly couples, single females and select single guys who have been invited and accountable by the organiser.

Couples can bring along a single male and or female that they play with in a 3 way relationship only.  ( extra room charges apply )
Please ensure that if you do bring along a single male or female as part of your weekend that he/she has great social skills and understands the boundaries of the weekend.

What happens next

Upon receving and accepting your booking request we will reserve one of the rooms for you and email you back details on how to pay a deposit of $ 1000 which must be paid within 7 days to hold your room.  We will then ask you to make two further payments prior to the event. The second payment will be 50% of the balance remaining by the end of April and the final payment the end of August.

We will advise you of the amount for each instalment and when it is due. We are more than happy if you wish to pay off the balance in smaller instalments prior to the cut off dates as well, provided that you let us know.

Should you fail to make the second or third payment on time and also fail to respond to communication from us, we will cancel your booking and as per our cancellation policy, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the popularity of this event along with the planning costs it takes to put this together we do not refund any deposits or final payments made under any circumstances.  If you decide to book for the event, we cannot be responsible for changes in your decision, relationship, financial or work circumstances.
We HIGHLY suggest travel insurance for such circumstances..

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance prior to your visit to Passion In Paradise. We recommend a comprehensive policy that will cover you for at least the following items: Cancellation fees; Lost deposits; Additional expenses for accidental injury, sickness and hospitalisation; Medical evacuation; Luggage & personal effects; Travel delay and alternative transport expenses; Personal liability. When choosing insurance, please ensure you read the product disclosure statement to ensure you select the cover policy that best suits your personal circumstances. Vividmind Pty Ltd and Turtle Cove Resort will not be responsible or liable for any costs associated with your travel arrangements.
